As well as running FLAPCLOCKS.CO.UK I am full time contract designer, which sometimes means I have to work away, this can impact my response times and availability. I will replay ASAP, however, it may take a few days for me to get back to you.
This also impacts my repair availability, as a consequence, there is currently a waiting list of 2 to 3 months.
